Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the conditions shown on our website at the time of purchase.
Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. Safa Jewelry does not control these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
Address Changes
Please contact us immediately at hello@safa-jewelry.com if your delivery address is incorrect.
We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Safa Jewelry is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for seven business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@safa-jewelry.com.
Include your order number so we can review the shipment and assist you in contacting the carrier.
International shipments may occasionally be delayed by customs clearance, local carrier processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Check with your building reception or property manager
- Contact the local delivery carrier
If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us at hello@safa-jewelry.com, and we will help review the available delivery information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within seven days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing:
- The outer shipping package
- The shipping label
- The inner packaging
- The affected jewelry or items
Please keep all packaging and damaged items until we have reviewed your request.
